Nothing like training an office manager who will take over the computer work to get you reading your old posts and realizing you forgot to post a picture! Here it is! Monique from Farm House Quilts knows a quilter can never have too many of the sewing aids she included, plus I love the ornament she made which will hang in my sewing room. I’ll think of her every time I see it! In case you can’t see what is in the little bag, those are little clothes pins! I love tiny things and these are perfect in place of pins at my treadle machine! Now let me tell you about the gift tag packet. There are 6 brown gift tags with fabric and paper to paper piece those adorable little stars and they are little! Just think normal tag size and you will be able to envision how tiny those star pieces are! The pack of fabric 2 1/2″squares, known as a mini charm, has 40-42 squares, some are duplicate fabrics in the Coney Island fabric line by Moda. It is like Monique has been in my sewing room! Moda is one of my favorite, if not thee favorite, fabric companies and I have shall we say a
family village of mini charms packs just waiting to include this pretty one.
Monique and Kristie created Merry Christmas Sew-Along and offer the cutest free patterns for Christmas ornaments. Then we post what we make and enjoy seeing the way each of us tweak them just a bit to make them our own. This year we got one chance to win a surprise box of goodies for each ornament we submitted. I still can’t believe I won!
A huge thank you to both super ladies for the fun they bring to the quilting and crafting world!
