2016 was a good year for Sewing with Stitcher and other than adding a commitment to education to expand my skills, very little will be changed.
A great change that will benefit the business and open up considerable time for me to focus on what I do best is I’ve hired an employee to do my accounting, take full responsibility for running StitcherMade on Etsy, keep the website updated, and get my scrap piles cut into useable strips and squares.
The direction of the company is always shifting, however my focus never waivers – new endeavors that will enhance the company are on the horizon. I will share more as the year progresses.
